Everyone is aware by now of the devastation in Western Kentucky left by tornados on the morning of 11 December 2021. There has been significant coverage of the tragic loss of life and property by local and national media. One other perspective not receiving as much attention is that of the many children whose dreams of Christmas and the associated presents that have also been lost. The Kentucky Wounded Heroes (kentuckywoundedheroes.net) is asking your help in mitigating that loss. We are seeking tax deductible donations of any amount that will go toward purchasing gifts for those children. We have representatives on the ground in the affected area that will ensure all donations are properly handled and gifts fairly distributed. Donations will be accepted until 22 December 2021.
