Become a part of the Kentucky Wounded Heroes.

If you are a current or former member of the United States Armed Forces, sworn law enforcement, sworn firefighters, or sworn or affirmed EMS with at least a 50 percent disability rating resulting from injuries received during combat operations or line-of-duty service, register with us by filling out the form below.  Acceptance will provide the applicant with access to the programs and events we sponsor as well as the benefits of camaraderie with others who share similar experiences.
